?? Position Details:
- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Grade Levels: K–12 (Cross-Categorical)
- Pay Rate: $55/hour
- Benefits: Full benefits package included
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities
- Coordinate IEP implementation with general education staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Support students in academic, behavioral, and life skills development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Mentor and collaborate with teaching assistants
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and grade transitions
? Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license (required)
- Experience teaching special education (required)
- Certifications preferred:
- Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching
- Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1)
- CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Completion of required training programs
- Strong communication skills and understanding of confidentiality/HIPAA standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
