We have multiple openings for Cross-Categorical Special Education Teachers:

  • Multiple Elementary School Positions

?? Position Details:

  • Location: Green Bay, WI
  • Grade Levels: K–12 (Cross-Categorical)
  • Pay Rate: $55/hour
  • Benefits: Full benefits package included
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Start Date: Immediate openings available

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff
  • Provide specialized instruction and support for students with a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities
  • Coordinate IEP implementation with general education staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Support students in academic, behavioral, and life skills development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Mentor and collaborate with teaching assistants
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and grade transitions

? Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)
  • Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license (required)
  • Experience teaching special education (required)
  • Certifications preferred:
    • Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching
    • Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1)
  • CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Completion of required training programs
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of confidentiality/HIPAA standards
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
