?? What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive:

Deliver personalized behavioral strategies that build confidence and independence
Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other specialists to meet learning and behavioral goals
Observe and track progress, contributing key insights to refine treatment plans

? What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening completed (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Minimum age: 18 years
