As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals thrive:

• Deliver personalized behavioral strategies that build confidence and independence

• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other specialists to meet learning and behavioral goals

• Observe and track progress, contributing key insights to refine treatment plans

? What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening completed (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
