?? Position Overview
As a Special Education (SPED) Resource Teacher, you’ll:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted instruction tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster inclusive learning
- Track progress and maintain open communication with families
?? Compensation & Schedule
- $40/hour (taxable wages)
- $1,600 gross weekly
- Start Date: August 11, 2025
- Duration: 32 weeks
- Hours: 40/week
- Location: Kearney, NE
? Qualifications
Please ensure you meet all requirements before applying:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Valid Nebraska teaching certificate required (SPED endorsement preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)
- Certifications: Elementary, Secondary, Special Teaching (preferred)
- LBS1 Endorsement (preferred)
- CPR, TB screening, and health clearance (if applicable)
- Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
