?? Position Overview

As a Special Education (SPED) Resource Teacher, you’ll:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted instruction tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster inclusive learning
• Track progress and maintain open communication with families

?? Compensation & Schedule

• $40/hour (taxable wages)
• $1,600 gross weekly
• Start Date: August 11, 2025
• Duration: 32 weeks
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Kearney, NE

? Qualifications

Please ensure you meet all requirements before applying:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Valid Nebraska teaching certificate required (SPED endorsement preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)
• Certifications: Elementary, Secondary, Special Teaching (preferred)
• LBS1 Endorsement (preferred)
• CPR, TB screening, and health clearance (if applicable)
• Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
