What You’ll Do

?? Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
?? Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
?? Monitor and assess student progress
?? Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
?? Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families

What You Bring

?? Bachelor’s Degree (Associate’s Degree considered)
? Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification
OR Substitute Teacher License with relevant experience in special education or mental health
?? Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special needs
??? Strong communication and organizational skills
