What You’ll Do

• ?? Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• ?? Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
• ?? Monitor and assess student progress
• ?? Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• ?? Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families

What You Bring

• ?? Bachelor’s Degree (Associate’s Degree considered)
• ? Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification
  OR Substitute Teacher License with relevant experience in special education or mental health
• ?? Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special needs
• ??? Strong communication and organizational skills
