Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Lodi, CA | Full-Time | 28-Week Contract | $75/hr

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and intervention planning for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes supervising behavioral service delivery and collaborating with school staff to ensure effective support.

Position Overview

  • Location: Lodi, CA
  • Start Date: January 5, 2026
  • Duration: 28 weeks
  • Openings: Multiple replacements
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Modality: In-person only
  • Pay: $75/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop/implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff
  • Supervise behavioral service delivery in educational settings
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication

Minimum Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • Minimum one year pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification, if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
