About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacherto provide resource support for elementary students in a collaborative andinclusive environment. This position offers a manageable caseload and strongclassroom support.
Key Details
- Grade Level & Classroom Type: Elementary Resource
- Caseload: 12 students or fewer
- Classroom Support: Typically 2 paraprofessionals per 12 students
- Group or 1:1 Support: Paras available
- Testing: IEP-focused
- Timekeeping System: MaxView
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Maintain compliance with state and district requirements
- Monitor student progress and document accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Department of Education SPED License
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
- Experience in resource settings preferred
