Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | School-Based | Bellevue, WA | $75/hr | Part-Time | 25-Week Contract

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and the development/implementation of behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. The BCBA will act as a clinical teacher, educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Position Overview

Location: Bellevue, WA (Sammamish High School)
Start Date: November 24, 2025
Duration: 25 weeks
Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week (exact schedule TBD)
Openings: 1 position available
Pay Rate: $75/hr local

Assignment Details

Provide support and supervision for 2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective behavioral programming
Focus on student success through individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
Provide consultation and training to staff and families
Supervise behavioral service delivery and educational activities
Ensure compliance with professional standards and district requirements

Requirements

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools
Minimum of one year pediatric experience preferred
Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)
Must be at least 18 years of age
