Behavior Technician – Make a Meaningful Impact in Education ?

Amergis is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County. If you have a background in ABA, behavior support, or intervention services, this is an opportunity to apply your skills in a setting that values your expertise and supports your growth.

This role offers the chance to work directly with students, collaborate with educators, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Position Details

Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: School campuses throughout Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
Implement individualized behavior plans and learning strategies
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to maintain consistency and structure
Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment for student growth
Promote positive behavior and confidence through daily engagement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
