Are you passionate about helping students thrive in an educational setting? Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide 1:1 support for a high school student with special needs in Brookline, MA for the 2025–2026 school year!
?? Position Overview
- Location: Brookline, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour
?? What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 support for a high school student with medical and personal care needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and document student health and progress throughout the day
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Implement behavior support strategies as needed
? Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in personal care
- Comfortable supporting students with medical and behavioral needs
- Calm, patient, and adaptable in a school setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
? Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or educational support
- Ability to assist with toileting, feeding, and mobility
- High school diploma required
- Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant required by state/contract/or client, required
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
