Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Butner, NC

Amergis Staffing is currently hiring experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support a psychiatric and rehabilitation facility located in Butner, North Carolina. We have immediate openings and are looking for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care in a team-oriented environment.

Available Shifts (Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, every other weekend

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, every other weekend

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, every other weekend

Orientation Schedule:

• All new hires must complete a four-week orientation before transitioning to their assigned shift.

• Orientation runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Attendance during orientation is mandatory. No time off, call-outs, or missed days are permitted during this period.

Time-Off Policy:

• No time off is allowed during the first four weeks of employment.

• A Amergisum of three days off may be requested per contract term.

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in North Carolina

• CPR/BLS certification

• Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings is preferred
