• Work under the supervision of RNs, LPNs, or other licensed professionals
• Provide individualized care and support for patients’ personal needs andcomfort
• Opportunity to work in a behavioral health and memory care environment
? Minimum Requirements:
• Active CNA certification in good standing (per state requirements)
• 2 years Long Term Care experience (required)
• 1 year CNA experience within the last 3 years (preferred)
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience (strongly preferred)
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clerical functions
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
