Local Pay Rate: $53
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week (Day Shift)
Student Caseload: 25–30 students
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
- Utilize Enrich, a web-based platform for managing special education programs, ensuring compliance and accurate data reporting.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to implement effective instructional strategies.
- Serve as an Instructional Leader, assisting with curriculum development, data-driven decision-making, and professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SSP License (Special Services Provider).
- Experience with Enrich or similar platforms for IEP and 504 plan management.
- Proven leadership experience in special education, including curriculum planning and instructional strategy development.
