Pay Rate: $55/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in the Detroit area. The OT will work across six schools, providing essential therapy services to support student success. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized intervention plans, documenting services, and contributing to IEPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with each student’s plan of care.
• Input data and progress notes into IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
• One (1) year of prior professional OT experience preferred.
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification (if applicable).
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
• Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
