Job Title: Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Location: Ridgeland, SC (Near Bluffton)
  • Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay: $60/hr
  • End Date: May 29, 2026
  • Work Setting: In-Person Only


About the Role:

Amergis is seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a district undergoing positive transformation and growth.

This part-time position (20 hours/week) has the potential to become full-time as the district expands. The schedule is flexible and will be tailored to the selected candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 20 students across two schools.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and the Director of Special Services to support student success.
  • Utilize ED Plan for documentation and service tracking.
  • Participate in professional development days as part of the school calendar.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active SLP Licensure in South Carolina.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by contract/state).
