Modality: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Local Pay Rate: $70/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Through January (high likelihood of extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 37.5 per week (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Position Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – EducationalServices (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioralevaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans forindividuals with academic and behavioral deficits. This role acts as a clinicalteacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activitiesand behavioral service delivery in the school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Train and support school staff in managing challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with educational teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field.
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred.
- Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
