Behavior Technician – School-Based (Monday–Friday)

We’re hiring Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with students during regular school hours, Monday through Friday. This role supports children with special needs in achieving educational and behavioral goals, in close collaboration with school staff and behavioral specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in school settings

• Work individually with students to meet learning and behavioral objectives

• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure student success

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Two years of pediatric experience preferred

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
