Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for Health Information Technology Service Desk Analysts that would be interested in a 5 Month, Full-Time Remote Contract at Support Center in Oak Brook, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Health Information Technology Service Desk Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- 8-hour day shift (Monday – Friday)
- Some weekend availability required
Duration:
- 5 Months (Likely Extension)
Requirements:
- 1+ Years of experience in customer service, call center or service desk support
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as basic understanding of call centers and call tracking systems
- Ability to travel to off sites to provide Service Desk application support when needed
