Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Location: Rockford, IL
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Start Date: January 2026 (Semester Turnover)
Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid out during Spring Break + $500 at the end of the school year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Rockford, IL. This role involves conducting student evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services in alignment with student goals and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening and health certificate (as required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Details:

• In-person role replacing virtual SLP services
• Caseload details to be provided upon interview
