We’re seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN for a travel assignment at a leading hospital in Palo Alto, California. This is a hospital-based role in a high-acuity endoscopy department, offering the opportunity to work with advanced technology and a collaborative team.

Position Highlights

• Setting: Hospital – Endoscopy Department
• Start Window: December 2025
• Contract Length: 26 weeks, with potential for extension
• Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Days

Required Qualifications

• Must be a traveler (permanent address 50+ miles from the facility)
• CA RN License
• 3+ years of Endoscopy RN experience
• Ability to perform Moderate Sedation
• Ability to assist in:
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Transbronchial Biopsies
  • Endobronchial Biopsies
  • Cardioversion/TEE
  • Cone Beam Biopsies
  • Epidural Injections
  • Pain Clinic Procedures (injections, blocks, blood patches, radiofrequency ablations)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS
• EPIC EMR proficiency
• Prior travel RN experience

Additional Compliance Requirements

• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English required
• Computer proficiency required

Provide specialized nursing care for endoscopy procedures, including sedation and assistance with complex interventions, while ensuring patient safety and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
