Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist who would be interested in a Full-Time Contract  with a Hospital in Chicago IL. Additional details of the contract position are below:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs tests for patientdiagnosis, progress or deterioration and medical research. The Nuclear MedicineTechnologist prepares and gives radiopharmaceuticals to patients when indicatedand uses high-level imaging equipment to record images of the radioactivematerial in the patient’s body.  TheNuclear Medicine Technologist works in collaboration with physicians to providethe images for interpretation to study and diagnose a medical condition.  The Nuclear Medicine Technologist gives dosesof radiation to patients internally to treat various medical conditions whenprescribed by a physician.  The NuclearMedicine Technologist participates in a variety of technical tasks, tests anddeterminations involving the utilization of radioactive materials andmeasurement instrumentation. If this sounds like you then this will be a perfect fit. 

Schedule:

Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm (Can be a little flexible)

  • No on call and no weekends

Requirements

1+ years of experience   

 ARRT, IEMA, BLS, COVID-19 Vaccinated 

Start Date: 2 weeks after accepting

Has to be able to float to a nearby hospital if needed
