Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support high school students in Portland Public Schools for the 2025–2026 school year. This in-person role begins November 10, 2025 and spans two high school sites.

Position Details

• Location: Portland, OR

• Start Date: November 10, 2025

• Duration: 7 months

• Schedule:

  • Two 8-hour days/week

  • One 4-hour day/week

• Hours: 20/week (0.5 FTE)

• Modality: In-person only

• Setting: Two high school campuses

• Openings: 1

• Pay: $66–$70/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans

• Provide speech-language services per plan of care

• Document services and monitor progress

• Collaborate with educators and service providers

• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations

Requirements

• Active SLP license in Oregon

• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract)

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience

• Experience with school-aged children preferred

• CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Minimum age: 18
