LPN EKG exam is required (will not take medication portion of normal EKG exam)
12 HR Nightshift

Unit Specific Details
30 Bed Unit
MS/Tele unit with a primary focus on neurology.

Neuro/neurosurgical, cardiac, renal and med/surg. Post-cath without intervention, stable arrhythmias, post-pacemakers, syncope, and chronic renal failure.
Drips: Heparin. 
Oxygen: Stable trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High flow.  No ventilators.  Max O2 requirement is 6L.

1:10 ratios
One RN takes 5pts, one LPN takes 5pts, and they have a tech per team
1 HUC on days. Goal is to have charge out of ratio

Assignment Cancelation Policy:

 

In the event Agency cancels an Agency Personnel assignment already accepted by Agency for assignment pursuant to an executed Assignment Confirmation, Agency shall give MSO not less than fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of cancellation. In the event Agency fails to give fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of such cancelation, Agency shall Agency shall owe to the relevant Platform Participant $1,000.00 as liquidated damages (to be paid or issued as a credit for future services via the VMS Platform, at MSO s direction).

 

In the event a Platform Participant cancels an Agency Personnel assignment already accepted by Agency for assignment pursuant to an executed Assignment Confirmation, MSO/Platform Participant shall give Agency not less than fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of such cancellation. In the event MSO/Platform Participant fails to give fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of such cancelation, Agency shall be paid $1,000.00 via the VMS Platform as liquidated damages.

 

A Platform Participant may cancel up to twelve (12) hours in a pay period. 90-minute notice must be given by the Platform Participant for all shift cancellations or changes. Failure to provide proper notice will result in 90 minutes of time billed to Platform Participant at the Age rate.

OT Bill (1.5x, 1.3x, etc.)

Rate Level 1 & 2 = 1.5x

Rate Level 3 & 4 = 1.3x

OT Bill Rate Goes Into Effect When

Rate Level 1-3 = >40hrs

Rate Level 4 = >48hrs

FIRST DAY INFO? (Parking fees, scrub colors or any additional information required.)

Scrub Color: Navy Blue for all RN’s (besides OR and L&D-scrubs will be provided)

First Day Instructions/Orientation – Will be sent the week prior to start.

Credentialing will reach out upon contract acceptance to begin the compliance process.
