Psych RN – Night Shift | St. Louis, MO

We’re hiring experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-demand night shift assignment in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work in behavioral health, earn competitive pay, and enjoy a rotating schedule with built-in overtime potential.

?? Assignment Details:

Location: St. Louis, MO
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 36/48 hour per week rotations

?? Compensation:

Local Pay: $50/hour
Local OT Rate: $75/hour
Travel Pay: $2,278 – $2,970/week (based on hours worked and eligibility) Travel rate eligibility requires proof of residency 50+ miles from the facility

? Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and communication skills

The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse,requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise.PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition tothe assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance usedisorders. The nurse demonstratesability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner anddemonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination ofpatient care. The PMH RN works in avariety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families,and communities when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
