Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support an onsite employee health center in Boston, MA. This role involves assisting physicians in the examination and treatment of adult patients.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA (Note: No parking available on site)
  • Setting: Health Center
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: $24/hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service and professionalism
  • Work with adult patient population only
  • No weekend or holiday shifts
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical setting required

Administrative Duties:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Phone triage
  • Patient registration
  • Referral coordination
  • Fax management

Clinical Duties (for CMAs):

  • Phlebotomy
  • Immunization administration
  • Point-of-care testing (POCT)
  • Vital signs assessment and documentation
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
