Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $68/hr | St. Helens, OR | 2025–2026 School Year | K–5 SEL Program

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time BCBA to support NWRESD’s Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Program in St. Helens, OR. This in-person role begins as early as November 14, 2025, and runs through mid-June 2026. The program serves K–5 students with significant social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Position Details

  • Location: St. Helens, OR

  • Start Date: November 17, 2025 (or earlier for training overlap)

  • End Date: Mid-June 2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–3:15 PM

  • Hours: 40/week

  • Modality: In-person

  • Pay Rate: $68/hr

  • Grade Levels: K–5

  • Classroom Size: Small

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and implement behavior intervention plans

  • Provide consultation and training to school staff

  • Collaborate with Special Education Teachers and Behavior Support Team

  • Support PBIS-aligned instruction for students with social-emotional and mental health needs

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and Oregon license

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field

  • Experience with high-behavior students in school settings

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
