Amergis Staffing is now hiring Substitute Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in Menifee and surrounding Riverside County schools for the 2025–2026 school year!
This is a great opportunity to get started in a school-based role with the goal of transitioning into an ongoing assignment based on performance and district needs.
Position Highlights:
- Pay: $23–$25/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 28–30 hours/week (based on school needs)
- Follows the school calendar – holidays and summers off
- Work in classroom settings providing 1:1 or group support
- Locations across Beaumont and nearby areas
All candidates begin as substitutes, with morning calls between 6–9 AM for same-day assignments. Long-term placements may follow based on availability and fit.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- At least 6 months of experience working with children
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, or other behavioral needs
- Comfort with toileting/diapering support if needed
- Flexibility to work with K–12 students
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/BLS/CPI/RBT certifications (preferred)
- High School Diploma or higher
