The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
- One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Essential Job Details: |
1x Occupational Therapist needed for NWRESD’s Beaverton Early Childhood Center, located in Beaverton, OR. This position requires floating to multiple sites around Beaverton for the duration of the assignment. |

Technical Skills Needed/Minimum Experience/Qualifications |
Active OR Occupational Therapy license – https://otlb.us.thentiacloud.net/webs/otlb/register/# license verification site.
Ability to work in person for the duration of the assignment. Reliable Transportation for site/home visits. Competent with early childhood age group – Ages 3-5. Familiar with IEP/IFSP process for Special Education in OR. Position will primarily be consultation and direct service, but candidate should be available to assist with IFSP meetings as necessary. |

Positions Available: |
1 – LOA position, ideally candidate will begin before Winter Break to shadow outgoing OT. Position will run until the end of the school year (Mid-June) |
