Location: Sarasota, FL 

Pay: $65/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM + 2 Saturdays/month (with a weekday off)

Position Summary:
Amergis Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff, families, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise RBTs in accordance with BACB standards
  • Review and sign RBT treatment notes
  • Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data
  • Provide training and consultation to parents, teachers, and staff
  • Participate in and lead in-service programs
  • Attend patient care conferences and team meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Report incidents or complaints promptly to supervisors
Requirements:
  • Master’s in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification & Florida LBA license
  • Pass background & drug screening
