Modality: Special Education Teacher
Local Pay Rate: $40/hour
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 21, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~7:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to support middleand high school students in a mixed caseload setting. This role involvesteaching, case management, and behavior de-escalation, with support staffavailable throughout the day.
Classroom Details:
- Grade Levels: Middle School & High School
- Classroom Type: General, Inclusion, and Self-Contained
- Caseload: Mixed throughout the day (details provided during interview)
- Support Staff: Paras, BTs, Nurses (group and 1:1 support available)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction tailored to student needs
- Manage IEPs and case documentation
- Implement behavior strategies and interventions
Requirements:
- Valid SPED PED License
- Resume with relevant experience
- Completion of Amergis Cover Sheet
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
- District-specific onboarding (background check post-offer)

Campus Attendance: All days on campus (not hybrid)
