Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES
Location: In-Person or Hybrid (4×1) – School-Based Setting
Assignment Dates: January 6, 2026 – May 22, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Paid Breaks)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES to provide behavioral consultation, training, and intervention services in a school setting. This role involves conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with educational staff to support students with academic and behavioral challenges.

The BCBA will serve as a clinical teacher, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery across various educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support at REA, with availability for in-the-moment consultation in elementary and middle school classrooms.
  • Collaborate with social workers to review cases and recommend interventions.
  • Support a high school-heavy caseload of 33 students with behavior-specific goals on an on-call basis.
  • Participate in the crisis response team for immediate behavioral support.
  • Assist at the Transition Center and EC–2nd grade classrooms as needed.
  • Deliver behavior analytic services aligned with professional standards and school protocols.

Caseload Age Group:

PreK–2 through Transition-aged students

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
  • Preferred experience in school-based behavior analytic programs
  • Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience preferred
  • Compliance with all professional standards of practice
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
