Job Summary:
We are seeking adedicated and compassionate Speech LanguagePathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work underthe supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to providehigh-quality speech and language services to clients. This role involvesclinical, educational, documentation, and treatment-related activities withinthe scope of responsibilities and plan of care assigned by the supervising SLPand/or physician

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans developed by the Speech Language Pathologist
- Provide direct treatment to clients under supervision
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Support educational and clinical activities as directed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and professional standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience
- Current SLPA certification or licensure in the state of practice
- Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice
- Preferred: One (1) year of prior experience as an SLPA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
