Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. We welcome both in-person and hybrid candidates!

Position Overview:

The SLP will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, providing therapy services, and documenting progress in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.

Schedule & Assignment:

• Start Date: November 10, 2025
• Duration: Through the end of the 2025–2026 school year (28 weeks)
• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week
• Hybrid Option: 3 days in-person (for assessments/evaluations), 2 days remote (for meetings/reports) – remote days are flexible
• School Placement: Floating across multiple schools (specific sites TBD)

Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Delaware (or out-of-state license with pending DE licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by contract/state)
• Compliance with all professional standards and applicable regulations
