Join our team as a Behavior Technician working in a supportive school environment across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding areas. You’ll collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to implement evidence-based interventions that help students thrive ??

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with experience in home, clinic, or school settings—especially those trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

?? Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in classrooms

• Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans under supervision

• Collect and track data on student progress ??

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors

• Support students in building social, communication, and academic skills

• Maintain a safe, positive learning environment ??

? Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of pediatric experience (preferred)

• Experience in home, clinic, or school settings

• ABA training or certification (preferred but not required)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Must meet all employment requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
