?? Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
?? Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans
-
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

Foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional growth
?? Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience

1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
