Are you driven to help students thrive in a supportive, structured environment? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll play a key role in empowering children with special needs—providing hands-on guidance, consistency, and encouragement throughout their school day.

Whether you’re reinforcing positive behaviors, assisting with daily routines, or collaborating with educators and behavioral specialists, your presence helps shape a safe and inclusive learning space. If you’re dependable, patient, and have 1–2 years of ABA experience, we’d love to connect with you.

?? Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

?? Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists
Foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment
Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional growth

?? Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience
1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
