Whether you’re reinforcing positive behaviors, assisting with daily routines, or collaborating with educators and behavioral specialists, your presence helps shape a safe and inclusive learning space. If you’re dependable, patient, and have 1–2 years of ABA experience, we’d love to connect with you.

?? Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

• Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

• Foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

• Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional growth

?? Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience

• 1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
