?? We’re Hiring: 1:1 ABA Behavior Technicians – Hingham, MA ??

This is a rewarding opportunity for professionals with ABA experience who thrive in 1:1 settings and are committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs.

 

?? Position Details

  • Location: Hingham, MA
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
  • Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to elementary students
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Assist with academic activities and classroom routines
  • Collect and record behavioral and academic data
  • Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies

? Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior shaping
  • Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management
  • Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity
  • Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments
  • Comfortable working in 1:1 settings with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable   
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
