- Location: Fall River, MA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 2:30 PM
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour
- Lead and support paraprofessional staff within sub-separate classrooms
- Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Implement and oversee behavior support plans and academic activities
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent support strategies
- Assist with changing/toileting as needed
- Help write and implement IEPs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral and intellectual disabilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience in educational or behavioral settings
- Strong skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking
- Passion for education and a desire to pursue a teaching license
- Comfortable working with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury
