Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (2nd Shift Contract)

Start Date: ASAP – Options for 11/3 or 11/10
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required
Pay:
- Travelers (50+ miles from facility): $1,600/week (based on 40 hours)
- Local Candidates (within 50 miles): $33/hour
Job Description:Amergis Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a long-term care facility in New Bern, NC. This is a great opportunity for LPNs who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
- Availability for 2nd shift and every other weekend
- Strong clinical and communication skills
