Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Behavioral Therapists (BTs) for the 2025–2026 school year within the Palm Springs area. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational development of students across Riverside County!
In this role, the Behavioral Therapist will:
- Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.
- Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
- Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
- Minimum 6 months of experience with ABA Therapy working with children, especially in Special Education settings
- Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred
- Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes
- Availability at least 2–5 weekdays per week
- Flexibility between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
