?? Position Overview
- Location: Hingham, MA
- Age Group: Middle School
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour
?? What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse needs
- Implement behavior support plans and assist with academic activities
- Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
- Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges
- Assist with changing/toileting as needed
? Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support
- Skilled in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking
- Comfortable working in sub-separate classrooms and with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury
- Calm, patient, and flexible in dynamic environments
- Willing to support other students and classrooms as needed
? Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Proven experience in behavioral support, including de-escalation techniques
- Ability to provide academic support in classroom settings
- Strong skills in data collection and behavior tracking
- High school diploma required
- Comfortable working in sub-separate classrooms and with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
