OverviewAmergis Educational Staffing seeks an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to provide specially designed instruction for 2–8 students ages 3–5 in an inclusive classroom supported by 3 instructional assistants. Strong focus on data collection, IEP documentation, and family rapport.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized instruction and tutorial assistance
Collect, analyze, and enter data into IEPs; provide progress reports within 48 hrs feedback window
Collaborate with staff during weekly team planning day
Build relationships with students and families
Support classroom team and follow behavior supports (mild–moderate behaviors)

Qualifications

Valid OR special education teaching license or ability to obtain one
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year teaching experience preferred
LBS1 endorsement preferred
CPR, TB/PPD, health certificate as applicable
Must meet federal, state, and local employment requirements; 18+ years old
