OverviewAmergis Educational Staffing seeks an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to provide specially designed instruction for 2–8 students ages 3–5 in an inclusive classroom supported by 3 instructional assistants. Strong focus on data collection, IEP documentation, and family rapport.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction and tutorial assistance

• Collect, analyze, and enter data into IEPs; provide progress reports within 48 hrs feedback window

• Collaborate with staff during weekly team planning day

• Build relationships with students and families

• Support classroom team and follow behavior supports (mild–moderate behaviors)

Qualifications

• Valid OR special education teaching license or ability to obtain one

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year teaching experience preferred

• LBS1 endorsement preferred

• CPR, TB/PPD, health certificate as applicable

• Must meet federal, state, and local employment requirements; 18+ years old
