As a professional practitioner, the RN – Telemetry assumesthe responsibility and accountability for delivery of patient care of telemetrypatients. The RN – Telemetry demonstrates the ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner, with supervision.  The RN – Telemetry exhibits critical thinkingand performance ability in the coordination of patient care, and consistentlyperforms according to nursing standards while remaining accountable forproviding patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which thenurse practices
  • One year experience in Telemetry Preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

AmergisHealthcare is actively looking for a Registered Nurse thatwould be interested in a Full-time13-week contract on an MedicalSurgical/Telemetry Unit in Peoria, IL. Additionaldetails of the contract are listed below:  

Position: RN

Specialty: Medsurg/tele

Schedule: 36 hours/week, every other weekend

Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate  

  • Travel Package: candidate must be 50+ miles from the facility
    • Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
    • Weekly Meal/Incidental Stipend: $476

Requirements:

-3+years of recent medsurg experience. Must 1+ years of Tele experience

-Covidvaccination

-IL RNLicense 

-BLSrequired

 3+ years of recent medsurg experience. Must have atleast 1 year of cardiac/tele experience

·       Certifications (BLS)

·       Need DOB and last 4 of SSN
