Speech Language Pathologist – Albany, CA – $80/Hr

We are currently seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Albany, California.
This position offers a manageable caseload across one to two school sites, with a responsive and supportive school district ready to interview qualified candidates immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students in building functional communication skills for academic and social success
Position Details:
- Location: Albany, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- School Sites: 1–2 locations
- Interviewing: ASAP

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician’s orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
