The Critical Care Registered Nurse assumes responsibilityand accountability for the application of the nursing process and the deliveryof patient care in a variety of critical care settings. Consistently performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care. Responsibilities includemonitoring, assessment, vital sign monitoring, ventilator management,medication administration, intravenous insertion and infusion, central linecare, catheters, and maintenance of a running record of the patient’s status.The Critical Care RN must be prepared at all times to perform cardiopulmonaryresuscitation and other lifesaving measures for the patients in their care.
- The traveler will be asked to float to PCU & ICU units throughout the facility; with occasional float to Med Surg.

- Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
- Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Minimum Requirements:
- CurrentRegistered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
- At least 2 years of previous ICU or PCU RN experience
- At least 1 travel contract completed
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
