Mammography Technologist

The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technical activities associated with the performance of screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.  The Mammography Technologist uses specialized X-ray equipment to take images of the breast tissue and work with radiologists to interpret the results.  The Mammography Technologist helps detect breast cancers early to improve the chances of successful treatment and survival.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a prestigious healthcare facility in Palo Alto, California. If you’re passionate about women’s health and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, this opportunity is for you!

?? Assignment Details:

  • Location: Palo Alto, CA
  • Start Date: November 10th
  • Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extensions!)
  • Shift: Days
  • Schedule: 5x8s | 40 hours/week

?? Compensation:

  • Total Weekly Pay: $3,342/week
    • Hourly Rate: $1,354/week
    • Stipends: $1,988/week (housing + meals)

? Requirements:

  • Valid MAM – Mammography Certification
  • Active CRT
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of Mammography Tech experience
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
